VOICE OF EXPERIENCE

Kerry uses her lived experience of domestic abuse to show firsthand the long-term damage low self-esteem can cause. As a result of the abuse Kerry suffered depression and post-traumatic stress, feelings of worthlessness and anxiety. However, whilst feeling broken, through self-development work and persistence, she regained her life and sparkle, and she now shares her journey of transformation, and the tools she found helpful in order to rebuild her self-respect and self-love. Her talks are educational, thought provoking and inspiring.
